Saundra Pennington received here BA degree in fine art, and then supplemented her training and experience with culinary classes, in doing so, she became convinced that there was more to puffs and pies then dessert. When she bakes, she adds her artistic sense to the ingredient list, to create both sweet and savory delicacies.



Don  Pennington considers himself a self taught whisky enthusiast with over 150 whiskies in his personal collection, the vast majority of which are for “drinking” rather than “collecting”. Over the years he has managed to research the world of whisky utilizing all possible venues; magazines, books, websites, singlemalt.tv, and most importantly, he has nosed and sampled well over 200 whiskies from around the world. He wants fellow enthusiasts to learn to appreciate whisky for themselves and the enjoyment it brings them.
